Two HVAC condenser units mounted on a wall bracket
HVAC distributors · Texas and Louisiana

When it’s hot, the unit can’t wait.

In Texas and Louisiana, a dead system is an emergency for the homeowner, the dealer and the distributor behind them. Superior moves condensers, air handlers and parts from your warehouse to the dealer’s shop and the jobsite, stocks your counters overnight and runs the same-day order before the tech leaves.

What moves

Big boxes, small parts.

HVAC freight is two kinds of load. Equipment is bulky, boxed and easy to damage if it is dropped or laid on its side. Parts are small and urgent, and the tech is usually standing in a yard waiting for them.

We carry equipment upright and strapped, set it down with a lift gate, and send parts in a van so they don’t wait for the big truck.

  • EquipmentCondensers, air handlers, furnaces, coils and packaged units, on pallets and kept upright.
  • PartsMotors, capacitors, compressors, controls and thermostats, boxed for a counter or a tech.
  • Duct & suppliesDuctwork, flex, line sets and fittings, bulky but light.
  • RefrigerantCylinders that need a hazmat carrier: placarded trucks and hazmat-endorsed drivers when the load calls for it.
Trucks that fit

Two trucks do most of it.

A box truck for equipment and a van for parts. Dispatch confirms the size and weight on the call.

A day at an HVAC branch

Stocked at night. Moving all day.

How the services fit together for a distributor in the busy season.

  1. Night

    Counter stock lands

Our truck loaded at your DC in the evening and ran every branch overnight. A photo at each stop.

  2. Open

    Counters are full

Dealers and techs walk in to yesterday’s orders on the shelf, not on a truck somewhere.

  3. Morning

    A dealer calls

A system is down and the right unit is at another branch. Dispatch sends a box truck with a lift gate.

  4. Midday

    Same-day drop

The unit is set down at the jobsite. The dealer watched it come on the GPS link.

  5. Afternoon

    Parts run

A van takes a part from the counter to a tech in the field.

  6. Close

    Proof on file

Every drop has a signature and a photo, by email, in the portal or in your ERP.

HVAC questions

Before you call.

What HVAC distributors ask us. Anything else, dispatch is up 24/7 at 713-688-1900.

Can you deliver HVAC equipment where there is no dock?

Yes. A box truck with a lift gate lowers palletized condensers and air handlers to the ground at a dealer’s shop or a jobsite with no dock or forklift.

Do you keep units upright?

Yes. Equipment rides upright and strapped. Tell dispatch the unit count, the size and the weight on the call so they send the truck that fits.

Can you get a part to a technician today?

Yes. A cargo van or pickup hot shot takes the part from your counter to the tech or the jobsite, the same day, with a live GPS link and a text when it is delivered.

Can you stock our HVAC counters overnight?

Yes. We load at your distribution center in the evening, run every branch overnight and photograph each drop, so the counters open stocked.

Can you carry refrigerant?

Yes. Superior is hazmat certified, with placarded trucks and hazmat-endorsed drivers. Tell dispatch what is on the load when you book it.

Can we add trucks for the summer?

Call dispatch with the branches, the days and the volume you expect. Same-day runs, hot shots and scheduled routes can be added alongside your overnight route or a dedicated program.

Beat the heat to the jobsite.

Call dispatch with the unit, the branch and the job address. We’re up.
