The fleet you run today.
Dedicated programs run the same kinds of trucks distributors already use, with tractors through J.H. Walker Trucking.
Box truck
Enclosed capacity for palletized freight, with lift gates for docks and curbs.
Stakebed
The workhorse of distributor delivery. Reels, pipe, conduit and fixtures.
Large stakebed
Big-deck capacity for the jobsite loads that outgrow a standard stakebed.
Cargo van
Enclosed, secure and nimble. Made for overnight stocking and branch runs.
Tractor
Tractor routes run by sister company J.H. Walker Trucking, in the same program.
Hotshot fleet
Pickups and one-tons cover sick days, breakdowns and peaks. See hot shot delivery.

What is a dedicated truck program?
Superior takes over the box trucks, stakebeds or tractors you run today: it supplies, drives, insures and maintains them, keeps your schedule and routes, and uses its in-house fleet software to right-size how many trucks you need.
Will my customers notice the change?
They should not. You keep the same driver, the same schedule and the same service your customers expect, on trucks dedicated to your routes.
What happens when a truck breaks down or a driver is out?
Superior’s own shop handles maintenance with same-day replacements, and backup trucks come from the hotshot fleet for sick days and peaks.
How does Superior decide how many trucks I need?
Superior runs your routes through its proprietary fleet software, built in-house, and pairs it with decades of route experience to right-size the truck count, so you run fewer trucks and spend less.
Can tractors be part of a dedicated program?
Yes. Tractor work runs through sister company J.H. Walker Trucking, in the same program.
Where does Superior run dedicated trucks?
In all five of its markets: Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Lafayette.
