- TWIC Card and Hazmat Required
- Class B License
- 20 Years of Age
- Good Driving Record
- Verifiable Driving Experience
- Able to Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen

Requirements:
- Must be 20 Years of Age
- Good Driving Record
- Verifiable Driving Experience
- Able to Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
- Equipment must be 2005 or newer, and pass our shop inspection
